Improving perception

In London. Airport. Waiting for a delayed departure. Sending the last emails before the flight break. A gentleman close to me talks at the phone. Too close, to not listen to his conversation.

Yes. I will let you know about this before I’ll disappear. You never know with our HR people, you know? I wanted to tell you this, now. I do not trust them (…)

Well. Not sure what the full conversation is about. But here is a fact. HR is definitely one of the depts that should seriously work on improving general perception. They should do a better marketing, maybe. Which is interesting: it’s supposed to be the dept within the enterprise with the major goal of understanding employee needs. Instead, it’s seen as a slow and mistrustful machine.
