M&A and branding

Second day in Paris, to review branding guidelines and migration, after the acquisition was completed last week. We are moving at the speed of light, but at the same time we want to avoid any branding-related disasters.

Yesterday full day non-stop 8 hours meeting with all stakeholders presenting branding history and overview. By end of February most of the decisions will be taken and the pathways for each individual brand will be finalised – also, we will assign project managers to all brands that will migrate in a time frame of 1-2 years, based on dependencies and implications.

I have to say, this is super-exciting…
